On Wednesday, July 20, Bensalem police made the following arrests:
At 11 a.m., Francis Coyle, 35, of the 7100 block of Jackson Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 2300 block of Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was taken to Bucks County Prison.

At 2:45 p.m., Courtney E. Stout, 28, of the 7000 block of Riverview Road, Bristol, was arrested 4200 block Neshaminy Boulevard on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. She was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
At 7:35 p.m., Jaclyn Suzanne Lubinski, 32, of the 2600 block of Colmar Avenue, was arrested at Street Road and Virginia Avenue on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. She was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 9 p.m., Bobby Giles, 44, of the 2100 block of Federal Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the Hollister Store, and charged with retail theft. She was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail.
At 11:16 p.m., Jaqui Christine Holt, 21, of Heights Lane, Trevose, was arrested and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
