Police Make Five Wednesday Arrests

Charges included warrants, DUI, careless driving and disorderly conduct.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Wednesday, March 21, made the following arrests:

At 9:30 a.m., David A. Jerri Jr., 26, of the 400 block of Louise Avenue, Croydon, was arrested in the 2400 block of Byberry Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 2:27 p.m., Lance A. Dygert, 54, of the 3300 block of Johns Court, was arrested in the 3300 block of Bristol Road and charged with DUI and careless driving. He will receive a summons.

At 4:11 p.m., Daniel Joseph Di Francesco, 41, of the 4500 block of Grandview Avenue, was charged with disorderly conduct in the 2000 block of Street Road. He will be issued a citation.

At 7:28 p.m., Lynn Scanlon, 57, of the 1500 block of Barnswallow Drive, was arrested in the 2200 block of Bristol Pike and charged with retail theft and disorderly conduct. She was issued citations.

At 10:43 p.m., Shawn P. Gavaghan, 28, of the 4600 block of Magnolia Avenue, Feasterville, was arrested in the 3600 block of Street Road on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
