Police Make Two Thursday Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Thursday, Sept. 6, made the following arrests:

At 5:17 p.m., Elvira Marie Howe, 44, of the 4200 block of Aldine Street, Philadelphia, was arrested at the , and charged with retail theft. She was released on $50,000 unsecured bail.

At 5:22 p.m., Andrew John Monaghan, 56, of the 8300 block of Limekiln Pike, Wyncote, was charged with public drunkenness in the 3200 block of Trevose Avenue, Trevose. He will receive a citation.
