Police Make Two Wednesday Arrests
Charges included terroristic threats, harassment, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to render aid and careless driving.

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.
On Wednesday, July 13, Bensalem police made the following arrests:
At 8:10 a.m., Stephen M. Harkins, 27, of the 3100 block of Prospect Avenue, Trevose, was arrested at his residence and charged with terroristic threats and harassment. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $100,000 bail.

At 4:43 p.m., Grayton Martin, 53, of the 8000 block of Elberon Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3000 block of Street Road and charged with leaving the scene of an accident involving injury/property damage, failure to render aid/give information, careless driving and following too closely. He will receive a summons.
