Police Make Two Wednesday Arrests

The following arrest information was provided by the Bensalem Township Police Department. It does not imply conviction.

On Wednesday, Sept. 28, Bensalem police made the following arrests:

At 10:15 a.m., Brian Harold Fields, 37, of the 1300 block of N. 58th Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 3100 block of Knights Road on an outstanding warrant out of Philadelphia. He was turned over to Philadelphia Police Warrant Unit.

At 2:03 p.m., Julie Carastro, 20, of the 200 block of Dolton Road, Trevose, was arrested in the 3400 block of Horizon Boulevard, Trevose and charged with retail theft. She was issued a citation.
