'Porch Pirate' In Phillies Mask Took Packages: Bensalem Police

Police are looking for a man, in full baseball garb, seen on camera taking five packages from a doorstep on Baxter Avenue.

BENSALEM, PA — Police are seeking a man they call a "porch pirate," who was captured on camera taking packages from a neighborhood doorstep.

The thefts took place at around 3:40 p.m. Tuesday on the 1000 Block of Baxter Ave, the Bensalem Police Department said.

It was reported to police that the unknown man stole five packages from the front porch, loading them into a white U-Haul van parked on the street. He is described as a white man wearing a Phillies jersey under a grey hooded zip-up sweatshirt, red shorts, a Flyers hat, and a Phillies mask.

He also was wearing gloves and appears to have tattoos on his left arm near his wrist.
