Teen Killed, 3 Juveniles Injured In Bucks Co. Shootout

The shootings Tuesday night in Lower Bucks County were a dispute between two groups, police said.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA — An 18-year-old was killed and three juveniles were wounded in what police are describing as shooting between two groups Tuesday night in Lower Bucks County.

Police say the four were taken to local hospitals after what they describe as a dispute between the groups at the Commons at Fallsington Apartments, on Makefield Road in the Morrisville section of Falls Township.

Police say the three juveniles were taken to Jefferson Bucks Hospital, where they were treated for gunshot wounds. The 18-year-old was shot in the chest and taken to Lower Bucks Hospital, where he died from the wounds, police said.

Authorities were not publicly identifying any of the shooting victims Wednesday morning.

Police had spread word of the shooting Tuesday night on social media, asking the public to avoid the area. Early Wednesday, they'd said in a social media post that no threat to public safety remained.

Last month, the Falls Township Board of Supervisors voted to prohibit roadside parking in the area around the Commons at Fallsington Apartments, saying it was causing a public safety hazard.
