Troopers Make 10 Drunk Driving Arrests

Between Sept. 1-5, made the following arrests:

On Sept. 1 at 9:09 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle for erratic driving on I-95 northbound at milepost 45 in Bensalem. The driver, Gregory J. Emanuele, 21, of Stockton, NJ, was found to be under the influence of drugs. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Thomas Geerlof investigated the incident.

On Sept. 2 at 2:27 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Mark L. Biddle, 22, of Levittown, was found to be intoxicated. He was arrested for DUI. He was given a blood test, processed and released. Trooper Matthew Lopresto investigated the incident.

On Sept. 2 at 7:45 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 33 in Bensalem. The driver, Joseph G. Tereshko, 40, of Chatsworth, NJ, was found to be impaired. He was given a blood test and faces DUI charges. Trooper Robert D. Richter investigated the incident.

On Sept. 3 at 12:38 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle on University Drive in Yardley. The driver, Lindsay M. Vandermay, 26, of Yardley, was found to be intoxicated. She was given a blood test, processed and released. She faces DUI charges. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.

On Sept. 3 at 1:12 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 northbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Curtis J. Graubard, 29, of Bensalem, was found to be intoxicated. He was given a  blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges. Trooper John McIlhinney investigated the incident.

On Sept. 3 at 1:25 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on I-95 at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Julian C. Ribeiro, 25, of Levittown, was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Steven Moyer investigated the incident.

On Sept. 3 at 4:06 a.m., state police observed a vehicle on the I-95 southbound off ramp at Exit 37 in Bensalem. Police found George R. Kearney, 24, of Philadelphia, asleep in the vehicle. He was found to be intoxicated, given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Craig Acord investigated the incident.

On Sept. 3 at 2:44 p.m., state police stopped a vehicle for erratic driving on I-95 northbound at milepost 44 in Middletown. The driver, Janet G. Lincoln, 58, of Media, was found to be intoxicated. She given a blood test, processed and released. She faces DUI charges. Trooper Oliverio investigated the incident.

On Sept. 4 at 2:53 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 southbound at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Brett S. Schubert, 25, of Philadelphia, was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Matthew Lopresto investigated the incident.

On Sept. 5 at 3:05 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for speeding on I-95 at milepost 34.8 in Bensalem. The driver, Ryan J. Curran, 27, of Bensalem, was found to be intoxicated. He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges. Trooper Matthew Lopresto investigated the incident.
