Troopers Make DUI Arrest
The following arrest information was provided by the Pennsylvania State Police Trevose station. It does not imply conviction.
On Feb. 17 at 12:19 a.m., state police stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation on I-95 northbound at milepost 46.5 in Lower Makefield.
The driver, Timothy Fitzgerald, 31, of Yardley, was found to be intoxicated.
He was given a blood test, processed and released. He faces DUI charges in district court.
