Troopers Report Parx Casino Cheats
In two days, state police arrested men from Feasterville and North Wales for changing their chips after "no more bets" was called.

Between March 9 and March 10, reported the following incidents at :
On March 9 between 10:49 and 11:35 p.m., Vitali Sinkevich, 29, of Feasterville, changed his bet four times after it was prohibited to do so while playing four-card poker at Parx Casino to increase his chances of winning, according to state police. He was charged with violating the Title 4, Amusement Act and arraigned via video at the Bensalem Police Department. Trooper Allen Karch investigated the incident.
On March 10 between 2:37 and 2:42 p.m., Antonio Scotto, 49, of North Wales, changed his bet after it was prohibited to do so six times while playing blackjack at Parx Casino to increase his chance of winning, according to state police. He was charged with violating the Title 4, Amusement Act and arraigned via video at the Bensalem Police Department. Trooper Allen Karch investigated the incident.
