Tuesday Arrests Include Warrants, Unsworn Statements, False ID
Police charge four individuals from Bensalem and Philadelphia.

On Tuesday, March 1, Bensalem police made the following arrests:
At 12:15 a.m., Carlos Oceas Godines Lopes, 21, of the 2500 block of Knights Road, was arrested and charged with unsworn written statements to law enforcement, false application for certificate of title, false ID to law enforcement, no registration, no insurance and driving without a license. He was sent to Bucks County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
At 11:18 a.m., Dana M. Shakelton, 30, of the 8400 block of Torresdale Avenue, Philadelphia, was arrested at Bristol and Gravel pikes on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. She was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.

At 7:25 p.m., Joseph Desilvis, 49, of the 3400 block of Arthur Street, Philadelphia, was arrested in the 900 block of Bristol Pike, on an outstanding warrant out of Bucks County. He was turned over to Bucks County Sheriff’s Department.
At 11:17 p.m., Richard Mauro, 54, with no fixed address, was arrested in the 1100 block of Gravel Pike, on a State Parole warrant. He was transported to Bucks County Prison to await State Parole Officials.
