Unsolved Killings: Bucks Co. DA Announces Rewards For Info In 3 Cases

After donations from state representatives and a local law firm, a local organization is offering $1,000 rewards in these cold cases.

BUCKS COUNTY, PA — The non-profit organization Bucks County Crime Stoppers is offering rewards of $1,000 each for information leading to arrests and convictions in three unsolved killings in the county over the past few years.

Bucks County District Attorney Matt Weintraub held a conference at the Bristol Township Police Station on Wednesday announcing the news. Prosecutors and detectives investigating were in attendance, as well as some of the relatives of the victims.

The rewards will go toward information on the (un-connected) slayings of Cashe Conover, Shaquille Love, and Daniel Santiago.

State Rep. John Galloway, State Rep. Tina Davis, and the law firm of Stark & Stark made donations to fund the rewards.

Cashe Conover, 22, was found shot in an alley on Oct. 27, 2019, off of the 2400 block of Bloomsdale Road in Bristol Township, according to investigators. She is believed to have been killed late that night, after 11 p.m. Neighbors told police they heard gunshots.

Another young Bristol victim, 21-year-old Shaquille Love, died from a single gunshot wound through the driver's side window of his car, police said. He was found dead in the car just after 7 p.m. on Dec. 23, 2020.

The most recently deceased, 53-year-old Bristol firefighter Daniel Santiago, died in a hit-and-run killing on June 29 of this year. Santiago was apparently struck while biking in the shoulder on Bristol Pike that morning, where he was found dead with "obvious trauma throughout his body."

A fundraiser for Santiago's family raised $8,170 toward his funeral expenses.

Those wishing to share information on any of these killings can contact the Bucks County District Attorney's Office or the Bristol Township Police Department.
