Report: Gunfire in South Side Home

City police gathered outside a home this evening with weapons drawn in the 200 block of Van Buren Road after receiving reports of shots fired at the address.

The call came in at about 6 p.m., but according to officers on the scene, no one was in the home when police entered the house. However, The Express Times reports that three people were later taken into custody on drug-related charges.

The article states that four people live in the home near Lehigh University, but the names of those arrested have not been released.
