Christmas City Realty is advertising a 2,000-square-foot ground floor commercial space to go with three two-bedroom lofts upstairs at 302 E. Third St.

 

Christmas City Realty promotes its vacant building at 302 E. Third St. with a Website trumpeting a coming SouthSide “renaissance.”

“The Lofts at Third and Taylor,” is what they have dubbed the mixed-use building, which has three two-bedroom loft living spaces in addition to a 2,000 square foot storefront.

Bethlehem’s Southside is fast becoming one of the hottest arts and entertainment destinations in the Northeast,” the Website says, mentioning that the space is within walking distance of the , and the .

The commercial space has two entrances – 302 and 304 – on E. Third Street, 12-foot ceilings, exposed brick and exposed authentic Bethlehem Steel I-beams.

The owners have also added new tempered, insulated storefront glass. “Raw space awaiting your unique touch,” the Website says.

According to the city’s Community Development Office, within a mile of this space there are:
