Bryn Mawr Home Sale Prices Plunge in February

Home Sales in Bryn Mawr increased slightly in February compared with the same month in 2012, according to a Prudential Fox and Roach HomeExpert Report.
Nine properties were sold in Bryn Mawr last month, which is an increase of 28.6 percent over February 2012 when seven were sold. The prior year that number was 12.
The median price of properties that did sell last month dropped by half from $688,500 to $325,000. In February, 2011, that number was $348,500.

The average days that a home was the market increased from 58 last February to 72 days. In 2011 that number was 111.
Home sales in Bryn Mawr and Gladwyne jumped in January compared with the same month in 2012 and 2011.
