Service Resumes On Paoli/Thorndale Line, Residual Delays Expected

ROSEMONT, PA — SEPTA said the Paoli/Thorndale Line has resumed service after a disabled train on the Main Line forced the line's suspension Tuesday morning.

SEPTA announced the line's suspension at about 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.

A disabled train at the Rosemont station led to the suspension.

SEPTA at about 9:30 a.m. said service on the Paoli/Thorndale Line had been restored.

Riders should expect residual delays of up to 20 minutes while congestion clears, SEPTA said.

SEPTA did not say what led the train to become disabled.
