February Chilly for Gladwyne Home Sales

Home Sales in Gladwyne fell slightly in February compared with the same month in 2012, according to a Prudential Fox and Roach HomeExpert Report.
Three properties were sold in Gladwyne last month, which is an decrease of 40 percent over February 2012 when 5 were sold. The prior year that number was 1.
