Gladwyne Home Sales Slow in March

Home sales in Gladwyne stayed the same in March compared with the same month in 2012, according to a Prudential Fox and Roach HomeExpert Report.
Two properties were sold in Gladwyne last month, which is the same as in March 2012. The prior year that number was 4.
The median price of properties that did sell last month dropped by 15.6 percent from $1,146,250 to $967,500. In March, 2011, that number was $1,007,500.
