Local Results For Broad Street Run
See how local runners in the Bryn Mawr-Gladwyne area did on Sunday's Broad Street Run in Philadelphia.
On Sunday morning, more than 40,000 runners near and far participated in the 33rd Annual Broad Street Run in Philadelphia. According to Philly.com, Henry Rutto, 29, of Kenya, won the 10-mile run for the men's division, clocking in at 47 minutes and 6 seconds, while Esther Erb, 26, of North Carolina, won the women's division with 55 minutes and 28 seconds.
Among those who participated, 299 runners represented the Bryn Mawr-Gladwyne Patch area—197 from Bryn Mawr, 28 from Gladwyne, 56 from Villanova and 18 from Rosemont.

- Bob Rimkis, 51, of Bryn Mawr, finished 192nd overall and seventh in his division, with a chip time of 1:00:36.
- Christine Cox, 41, of Villanova, finished 382nd overall and fifth in her division, with a chip time of 1:03:56.
- Dana Kolesar, 32, of Rosemont, finished 18th in her division, with a chip time of 1:06:58.
- Stephanie Hayden, 24, of Gladwyne, finished 856th overall and 20th in her division, with a chip time of 1:07:47.
