Main Point Books Opening in Bryn Mawr
The store will host local authors between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7.
During Saturday's Bryn Mawr Day celebration, visitors can drop in on the grand opening of the Lancaster Avenue bookstore Main Point Books, where several local authors will meet readers.
Owner Cathy Fiebach told Patch in May that her business will sell electronic books and traditional books alike. The address is 1041 Lancaster Ave. and the store's phone number is 610-525-1480.
The grand opening, including free food and giveaways, will take place between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 7, Fiebach said. During that time, the following local authors are expected to meet readers:
- Karen Jayne (10 a.m.)
- Matt Phelan (11 a.m.)
- Hope Cohen (11:30 a.m.)
- Rich Landau and Kate Jacoby (noon)
- Bee Ridgway (1 p.m.)
- Ru Freeman (2 p.m.)
- Margaret Klaw (3 p.m.)
- Alex London (4 p.m.)
- Andrew Eisenberg (5 p.m.)
