Man Kicks Trash Can Because 'I'm Drunk'
Man gives Lower Merion police an honest answer to a simple question.

Lower Merion police cited a man for disorderly conduct after he kicked over a trash can in the unit block of South Warner Road at 2 a.m. on Dec. 7.
A police officer was on patrol in the area when he saw a man exit a bar and kick over a trash can.
The police officer conducted a pedestrian stop and asked the man why he kicked the trash can.
According to police, the man said it was because he had a few beers, and he was drunk.
