Blotter: Vomiting Teen at Football Game Cited for Public Drunkenness

A Canonsburg woman was also cited for texting while driving, and there are DUI charges pending on another man.

during Friday's Canon-McMillan varsity football game at Big Mac Stadium cited a 17-year-old girl for public drunkenness and underage drinking.

Police said she was found "sitting on the floor and vomiting in the stall in the women's restroom under the home section bleacher area."

The charges will proceed by summons, according to a Canonsburg police report.

The teenager was released into the custody of her father.

Canonsburg police said a charge of driving under the influence is pending against a man who allegedly rammed two legally parked cars on N. Jefferson Ave. around 3:30 a.m. Monday.

Police said Robert Robinson's vehicle was found with the keys still in the ignition, with the man "stumbling around" on the roadway.

Police said officers smelled alcohol emanating from the man, who was reportedly "barely able to stand, was swaying back and forth and was mumbling words."

Robinson was transported to the emergency room at Washington Hospital, where officers requested a legal blood draw. He was also treated for an injury to his face, police said.

Woman Cited for Texting While Driving

A Canonsburg woman was cited by borough police for texting while driving on West Pike Street Sunday afternoon.

Police said Barbara McCullough was also cited for not wearing a seat belt.

The charges will proceed by summons.
