Canon-Mac Athletic Department Helps Hurricane Sandy Victims
More than 350 pounds of clothes were shipped to those in need.
Canon-McMillan School District athletic department joined with other WPIAL athletic departments in sponsoring a Hurricane Sandy clothing/shoe drive recently.Â
The coaches were asked to donate shoes, warm ups, parkas, and other items.Â
A few of the Canon-McMillan High School students used their study hall time to pack up the boxes, label and weigh them.Â

Canon-McMillan shipped out a total of 23 large boxes and more than 350 pounds of clothing by Federal Express.
