Canon-McMillan and Washington & Jefferson to Host Financial Aid Night

Washington & Jefferson College will join Canon-McMillan High School counselors to present a college workshop for 11th and 12th grade students and parents.

Charlene Bedillion, assistant director of financial aid at Washington & Jefferson
College, will be the keynote speaker at the college workshop on Thursday, Nov. 15, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. in the Canon-McMillan High School auditorium.

Topics to be covered include the college selection process, financial aid, and scholarship resources.

In addition, Washington & Jefferson admissions staff will engage the audience in mock applicant selection.

Participating families will be eligible to receive a monetary stipend, courtesy of
Washington & Jefferson College.
