Canonsburg Man Wanted for Child Endangerment

A man is wanted on a felony count of endangering the welfare of children and numerous misdemeanors following an incident in South Strabane Friday.

Online court documents show that South Strabane police also charged Harvey Lawrence Hall III, 45, with resisting arrest, retail theft, criminal solicitation, conspiracy to commit retail theft and fleeing and eluding officers.

A warrant for his arrest was issued Friday by district .

The charges were filed in the wake of an incident at Trinity Pointe in South Strabane, where the Observer-Reporter newspaper indicated he allegedly stole automotive parts and then fled the scene in a car with a 6-year-old girl. The car and girl were later located.
