Police Chief R.T. Bell did not return a voice mail seeking further information.

Dami told Canon-McMillan Patch that the search for the girl has been ongoing since last night.

"I know the Canonsburg police were looking for her last night," she said.

Dami added: "My only fear is that she got on the highway and started hitchhiking."

Dami also created a Facebook page to help get the word out about Scott being missing. It includes more pictures of the girl and can be accessed here.
