Canonsburg's Main Street Manager Resigns
'Canonsburg is a good place—and I am thankful to them for letting me be a part of that.'

Canonsburg Main Street Manager Nadeen Steffey publicly announced her resignation from her post during borough council's meeting Monday night.
The resignation is effective Oct. 12.
Steffey said Monday night that she sent a letter to her board earlier in the day alerting them. She added that she is moving out of the area.

She lauded the borough, and its recent downtown revitalization and said, "I hope they continue that in some capacity."
Steffey added: "Canonsburg is a good place—and I am thankful to them for letting me be a part of that."

She cited the "global" news coverage of the borough's most recent project, America's Pop Hall of Fame, as one of many high points during her tenure with the borough.
