Cool Weekend Predicted for Town Park Pool Holiday Opening

The forecast isn't looking so hot for swimming at Town Park pool in Canonsburg when it opens for the Memorial Day weekend.

The National Weather Service is calling for a high of 63 degrees on Saturday.

Town Park pool will be open from noon to 6 p.m. Saturday, Sunday and Monday. The daily schedule will begin June 8.

• Saturday: Patchy frost before 7am. Otherwise, sunny, with a high near 63. Northwest wind 8 to 17 mph.
• Saturday Night: Clear, with a low around 36. Northwest wind 6 to 11 mph.
• Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 66.
• Sunday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 44.
• Memorial Day: Sunny, with a high near 72.
