UPDATE: Coroner Identifies Washington Homicide victim

Vaughn A. Simonelli, a 55-year-old Washington man was shot and killed Thursday afternoon in a City of Washington grocery store parking lot in what Coroner Tim Warco has now ruled a homicide.

"The victim was involved in altercation with another male that led to gunfire in
the parking lot of Shop n’ Save," Warco wrote in a release.

He was ssisted at the scene by Ambulance and Chair Service and the Washington City Fire Department.

State police are investigating.
