Canonsburg Middle School had a pink out Friday.
Students and staff wore pink and raised money to bring about awareness for breast cancer. "Wear Pink Day" is an annual event at the school.
The day was dedicated to Lori Hedderman—one of the school's guidance counselors—who is fighting her own personal battle with breast cancer.
