Houston Man Jailed for Alleged Heroin Sale to Undercover Officer in Canonsburg
Joshua Butts is in Washington County Jail on $25,000 bond.

A Houston man was jailed Friday for possession of drugs with intent to deliver.
Canonsburg police charged Joshua Butts, 23, of Houston, with the charge on Sept. 11, and he was arraigned Friday before district Judge David Mark, who remanded him to the Washington County Jail $25,000 bond, online court records show.
Butts was still listed as an inmate there as of Monday morning.

He is scheduled to appear before Mark for a preliminary hearing at 1 p.m. Oct. 15
Police said Butts sold an undercover police officer several bags of suspected heroin in Valley View Terrace, according to the Observer-Reporter newspaper.
