Injuries Reported in I-79 Crash Near Southpointe

Traffic on Interstate 79 south near the Southpointe exit was snared by a two-vehicle accident with injuries around 7:30 p.m. Monday.

A Washington County 911 supervisor confirmed that three ambulances, police and fire crews were on the scene. At 7:55 p.m. part of one lane was still restricted and traffic was moving slowly through the area.
