Canonsburg Borough will permit limited burning effective today—Nov. 1.
On Wednesdays and Saturdays—from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.—burning of small twigs and branches is permitted.
"Under no circumstances are leaves or newspapers allowed to be burned," borough Manager Terry Hazlett said.
