
EXTRA LONG MEDITATION & RESTORATIVE
In this special long restorative practice, we will dedicate time to honor the longest, darkest night of the year. We will do a guided meditation, find movement, ease and release with yoga, and spend some time in silence through more meditation. We spend this time reflecting back on and honoring the lessons and the joys that have transpired over the past year. We will then clear out that past energy to open our hearts, minds, and bodies to what the future year holds. We will meditation on affirmations and consider the intentions and energy we want to bring forward into the next year. Please bring a journal and pen if you enjoy journaling, as well as any comfy props. We will have the usual array of props at the studio.
