• Mon-Yough River Valley Rotary donates care bags to police and fire departments (monvalleyindependent.com) — Charleroi police and firefighters now have new Rotary-donated care bags to hand out when families are suddenly displaced by fires, domestic incidents, or other emergencies. Packed with toiletries, food, water, and stuffed animals for kids, the bags aim to provide immediate comfort. The Mon-Yough River Valley and McMurray Rotary clubs also supplied departments in Donora and Monessen.
