Connor Road Lane Closures Planned Through August

Crews will begin a major road improvement project on Connor Road in Mt. Lebanon and Bethel Park, weather permitting, on Monday, June 3. 

Traffic will be reduced to a single temporary lane in each direction Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. through early August between Route 88 and Sunridge/Terrace Drive. 

Work includes milling and resurfacing the roadway, base repairs, drainage and guiderail upgrades, pavement markings and other minor improvements.  

The project is included in a $2.5 million contract with The Lane Construction Company of Pittsburgh for improvements on several roadways in Allegheny County. 

Motorists should use caution, slow down and allow extra time when traveling through the area.
