Charges withdrawn
- Simple assault and harassment charges against Dennis Egnatz, 44, of 211 Mansfield Ave., Carnegie, were withdrawn. A disorderly conduct charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Scott police originally charged Egnatz on Feb. 25.
- A drug possession charge against Andrew J. Yoder, 24, of 302 Boggs Ave., was withdrawn. A disorderly conduct charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Heidelberg police originally charged Yoder on Oct. 6.

Charges held for court
- Charges of criminal mischief and theft from a motor vehicle against James G. Blystone, 35, of 1443 Hyde St., Pittsburgh, were held for court. Scott police originally charged Blystone on Oct. 3.
Guilty plea
- Suzanne B. Cupp, 48, of 1327 Oakmont St., Pittsburgh, pleaded guilty to retail theft charges. Receiving stolen property charges were withdrawn, while additional retail theft charges were reduced to non-traffic citations. Collier police originally charged Cupp on Oct. 17.
Charges withdrawn
- Charges of theft, marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn against Michael Arends, 43, of 440 Montgomery Ave., Bridgeville. A disorderly conduct charged was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Collier police originally charged Arends on Oct. 3.
Charges reduced
- Charges of driving while on a suspended license, disorderly conduct and various traffic violations against Stephen M. Riddle, 53, of 539 Grant Ave., Pittsburgh, were reduced to non-traffic citations. Bridgeville police originally charged Riddle on Sept. 28.
