Charges held for court
- Charges of possession of a prohibited firearm, drug possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia against Rodney F. Potts, 45, of 280 Union Ave., Oakdale, were held for court. South Fayette police originally charged him on Nov. 3.

Charges waived to court
- Drunken driving charges against Rebecca M. Bauroth, 38, of 919 Smoke Wood Drive, Pittsburgh, were waived to court. Collier police originally charged her on Oct. 6.
- Charges of drunken driving, driving on a sidewalk and careless driving against Craig W. Allison, 45, of Wellsburg, W.Va., were waived to court. South Fayette police originally charged him on Sept. 28.
Charges reduced
- Charges of conspiracy, receiving stolen property and corruption of minors against Stefon C. Dixon, 19, of 50 E. Marshall Ave., Pittsburgh, were withdrawn. Retail theft charges were reduced to non-traffic citations. Collier police originally charged him on Oct. 13.
- Simple assault and resisting arrest charges against Robert Gallocher, 29, of 800 Mill St., Bridgeville, were withdrawn. A disorderly conduct charge was moved to a non-traffic citation. Bridgeville police originally charged him on Oct. 11.
- Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and trespassing charges against Leslie Lundis, 56, of 604 Carothers Ave., were withdrawn. A subsequent disorderly conduct charge was reduced to a non-traffic citation. Collier police originally charges here on Oct. 17.
