Charges held for court
- Charges of drunken driving, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness against Michelle Ostrander, 34, of Heidelberg, were held for court. A resisting arrest charge against her was dismissed. Heidelberg police arrested Ostrander on June 29.
- Charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia, pubic drunkenness and escape against Charles Hartz, 42, of Heidelberg, were held for court. A flight to avoid apprehension charge against him was withdrawn. Heidelberg police arrested Hartz on June 25.

Charges waived to court
- A retail theft charge against Ronda Weaver, 56, of Braddock, was waived to court. Scott Township police arrested Weaver on June 23.
