Missing Person: Donald Champion

Allegheny County Police are requesting assistance in trying to locate a missing 77 year old black male with numerous health issues including dementia, diabetes, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

On June 2, 2014, Donald Champion was reported missing to the North Braddock Police Department by a family member. On August 13, 2014, North Braddock Police contacted Allegheny County Police detectives to take over the investigation.

Champion was last seen between 3:00am and 5:00 am on June 2, 2014, by a neighbor in the Shady Park Apartment building where Champion lived. The apartment is located on Lobinger Avenue in North Braddock.

According to a witness, Champion was last seen wearing a Pittsburgh Steelers ball cap, a blue seude jacket, a red, white, and blue sweater, and blue jeans. Champion is 5 foot 6 inches and 130 lbs.
