Order a valentine and help animals in need at the Angel Ridge Animal Rescue center in Washington County.

Let's face it: Valentine’s Day can sneak up on you.

But no worries because Angel Ridge Animal Rescue will help you take the guess work out of the upcoming holiday.

The Washington County nonprofit asks you to go ahead and save yourself the gas, time, rush, lines and inconvenience of shopping for the perfect gift and let them send your special someone an original, custom-designed valentine (and help support Angel Ridge Animal Rescue at the same time).

For a $5 donation, we will sign, fold stamp and mail your card to your valentine Feb. 10. All proceeds benefit Angel Ridge.

Attached to the right is a form that you can fill out today and scratch the task off your list. All you have to do is fill it out and stick it in an envelope with your check made payable to Angel Ridge Animal Rescue. Then mail it to: P.O. Box 94, Meadowlands, PA 15347. They will take care of the rest.

In addition—throughout the month of February—Angel Ridge is offering a "Sweetheart's Special" on adoptions. It is offering $30 off the adoption price of all adult dogs.
