• Outgoing Bridgeville councilmen recognized (triblive.com) — Longtime Bridgeville council members Bruce Ghelarducci, Bill Henderson and Joseph Verduci have wrapped up a combined 54 years of service, with borough officials honoring them for their leadership and flood-mitigation work. Henderson and Verduci stressed keeping partisan politics out of small-town decisions and urged the next council to build on recent progress, especially on flooding, parks and civic engagement. 
• Sewage, garbage rates in Bridgeville to increase; property tax remains the same (triblive.com) — Bridgeville homeowners won’t see a real estate tax hike in 2026, but garbage and sewage bills will rise as the borough passes along higher Alcosan fees. The $7.53 million budget also funds road resurfacing, a new Chartiers Park shelter, sidewalk work, and support for SouthBridge EMS, the volunteer fire company and the public library.
