• Clarion's Wreaths Across America Day offers perspective (venangoextra.com) — Local residents gathered at Clarion Cemetery for National Wreaths Across America Day, honoring veterans with wreaths, music, and spoken remembrances of their names and sacrifices. The ceremony highlighted Clarion County’s deep military history, including Civil War veterans, and marked organizer Noreen Shirey’s final year leading a program that now reaches more than 60 county cemeteries.
