• Quehanna Boot Camp program reportedly moving to SCI Houtzdale, state rep. says (wjactv.com) — State Rep. Dallas Kephart says the Quehanna Boot Camp’s male inmate program will move to SCI Houtzdale, keeping the boot camp model within his Clearfield County district despite the camp’s closure. He remains unhappy about shutting Quehanna but is urging the Department of Corrections to let current staff transfer, as the state projects up to $100 million in long-term savings from closing two facilities.
