• Bike donations for Toys for Tots break record in Ephrata, Lanc. Co. (wgal.com) — A massive Toys for Tots effort just sent five tractor-trailers full of donated bicycles to the program’s distribution center in Columbia, off Prospect Road. The record-breaking drive in nearby Ephrata collected more than a thousand bikes, with police, firefighters, local sponsors, and student volunteers all pitching in to get the bikes loaded and on their way to local kids.
