(pennlive.com) — A Coplay business owner helped spark a statewide fix that will make it easier to serve alcohol at catered funeral meals, even when plans come together quickly. Thanks to input from Willow Street Pub’s Michelle Ritter, Pennsylvania lawmakers passed a bill cutting the notice requirement for off-premise alcohol catering from 14 days to just 24 hours.
