• Cornwall Manor acquires 55 acres of North Cornwall Township farmland (lebtown.com) — Cornwall Manor has bought a 55-acre farm along Quentin Road as a long-term investment, marking its first property outside Cornwall Borough but still close to its main and Woods campuses. For now, the land will stay in agriculture under a lease to a local farmer, complementing the community’s existing Trailside Organic Farm and reinforcing Cornwall Manor’s emphasis on wellness and land stewardship. 
• South Annville Township adopts 2026 budget with no tax increases (lebtown.com) — South Annville Township has adopted its 2026 budget with no tax increase and is moving ahead on a major zoning ordinance update. The same solicitor is simultaneously revising Cornwall Borough’s zoning rules on not-yet-listed uses, which could influence how future projects are handled locally. Residents can also expect continued road work, police grants, and free Christmas tree recycling.
