Butler County Training Seminar with Customer Service Specialist Scott Brown

Butler County Tourism & Convention Bureau (BCTCB) hosted a training seminar on May 23, 2017

Butler County Tourism & Convention Bureau (BCTCB) hosted a training seminar with customer service expert Scott Brown, author of Who Cares? Creating a Culture of Service in your Business as part of the Butler County Service Excellence Award (BCSEA) program. The training took place on Tuesday, May 23rd at Regional Learning Alliance, 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. Brown provided service training resources for businesses to create a culture of service amongst their employees. The cost of the training was free for BCTCB members and $7 for non-members. BCTCB announced the launch of the award program at their annual Toast to Tourism event on Thursday, May 11th at The Atrium. The overall goal of BCSEA is to cultivate an environment where excellent customer service is recognized and rewarded. The service provided by each and every business in the area plays an important role in positioning Butler County as a desirable destination to visit, work and play.
