Cranberry To Host Miracle League All-Star Game
Here are the details on the upcoming all-star game.
CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA —The Miracle League of Southwestern Pennsylvania, along with Pirates Charities, will host the second all-star baseball game July 29 at 6:30 p.m. at the UPMC Passavant Sportsplex at Graham Park.
The Miracle League of Southwestern Pennsylvania was formed in January 2007 and provides the opportunity for children and adults with physical and mental disabilities to play organized baseball.
The game is open to the public and will take place at the Pirates Charities Miracle League Field. A Pirates fantasy camp, along with exhibition games and a home run derby, will occur during the day leading up to the evening All-Star Game.

The Miracle League is a national organization focused on building ball fields accommodating to children and adults with special needs. The fields are uniquely and specially designed with an all-weather rubberized surface that is handicap accessible and equipped with covered dugouts. There are also no raised surfaces to interfere with crutches, walkers or wheelchairs.
