Drilling on Thompson Run Road Begins Today
The road will be closed until September 26.

The Allegheny County Department of Public Works announced that drilling work will be done on Thompson Run Road in Ross Township in preparation for a future bridge project. Traffic restrictions will be in place beginning today, Wednesday, September 17 through Friday, September 26, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., between Evergreen Road and Radcliff Drive. One lane of the road will be closed during the drilling work, and flaggers will be in place to control traffic. There is no detour and traffic will be maintained throughout the duration of the project.
